Delivery options and charges in Finland

We dispatch deliveries to all Finnish addresses (except the Åland Islands) via Posti. You can also pick up your order from our shop in central Helsinki.

We offer FREE shipping in Finland for orders over €25.

Posti parcel €3.90
Posti delivers the parcel to a post office or parcel locker of your choice.

Parcel with home delivery €9.90
Posti delivers the parcel to the delivery address at an agreed time.

Our Store or Posti (depending on the delivery method) will send you an electronic notification when your package is ready to be picked up. Please make sure that the order confirmation shows the correct delivery address, email address and phone number, as they are the ones that partners such as Posti use. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered delivery or contact information, resulting in delivery delays or returned, undelivered parcels.

Please note: Posti will store the parcel for 7 days. Unclaimed parcels are considered a return. We charge €7.80 in delivery and return fees for parcels that the customer has not picked up. 


Delivery options and charges outside Finland

DHL and Posti ship orders for delivery outside Finland. DHL deliver the packages to the delivery address. Posti delivers the package to the nearest pickup point.

DHL express– EU countries (excl. Iceland, Cyprus and Malta) €9.90

DHL express – Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain €14.90

Delivery times
You will get an email notification when your order has been processed and transferred to Posti, DHL or UPS for delivery. The delivery time depends on the delivery method and address.

Finland: 2–6 working days
EU countries: 2–6 working days
Rest of the world: 4–10 working days

Taxes and Duties
In deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for the customs duties and taxes in the destination country.

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with the products you order. You have 14 days to try out and test your purchases. 

Please note: You can only return products that are unused and fit for resale. The products must have the original swing tags attached. We do not accept returns that are stained, used or have animal hair on them, for example. 

We charge for returns, regardless of the delivery method used.

When returning products from Finland, please:

• Take the parcel to a post office or Posti service point.

The parcel will be returned to us using a prepaid customer return ID. We will refund you the cost of your order once we receive the parcel, minus the return fee of €3.90.

If you only return part of an order and the total sum is less than the sum that qualifies for free delivery, we will deduct a delivery and return fee of €7.80 from your refund.

Undelivered parcels

Exchanges in Finland

We will exchange a purchased item for one of a different size free of charge. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service by e-mail at store@costo.fi or by phone on 040 179 9667 before sending the product back, to check the availability of the desired size.

Replacing a product with a completely different product is only possible through a return. Return the desired product as a standard return and order a new, replacement product on our online store.

Exchanges from abroad

Replacement of the product from abroad takes place via a return. Return the desired product as a standard return and order a new, replacement product on our online store.

We always aim to deliver first-class products, but we sometimes make mistakes. If we have sent you a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at store@purewaste.com or on +358 40 179 9667. When correcting claims, we are responsible for both the costs of the return and the costs of sending any new replacement product.

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Costo Oy will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Paytrail Oy.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Paytrail Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Paytrail Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Paytrail Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.
